Long-form editorial articles (1200–2500 words) examining eating habits, food behaviour, and the structural conditions that shape dietary patterns. Pieces should draw on published research and bring a clear observational perspective. We are not a how-to publication and do not accept prescriptive advice pieces.
Submit a brief proposal (200–300 words) outlining the subject, your proposed angle, and the research base you intend to draw on. Full drafts are not required at proposal stage. Accepted proposals receive a commission letter within ten working days.
All contributors are required to disclose any commercial relationships that could influence their selection of subject matter or sources. Undisclosed affiliations that come to light after publication will result in a prominent correction note appended to the article.
